Supported Living Fund Consultation

The Supported Living Fund (SLF) is an initiative that aims to provide people with a disability, their families and carers, a greater opportunity to create a good life, build sustainable networks and person-centred accommodation arrangements. The SLF will be a recurrent, portable source of funding which can be individualised to suit your needs.

The Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) is seeking feedback from NSW residents with disabilities, their families and the organisations who represent them, so that the SLF will deliver the most appropriate range of support services.

By answering the questions in the "Supported Living Feedback" survey below, you will be helping determine what these support and accommodation services will be. Your responses are anonymous.

The Guest Book below gives you the chance to share any other ideas or opinions you have about supported living and how it should work. You may like to agree or add to other ideas shared on the guest book

Before giving us your feedback, please review the documents in the Library on the right hand side of this page. You can also find out more about the accommodation supports that have been recently introduced under the Innovative Accommodation Support Options(http://www.adhc.nsw.gov.au/slf)
